Dr. Frank Stec is currently an Assistant Teaching Professor at Penn State University.
My research and teaching interests center on rhetoric and political theory, with special focus on rhetorics of war and democratic deliberation. Within war rhetoric, my work is interested in the role numbers play in the push for and against war. My research examines the counting of war casualties, metrics for success, and understanding what skills the public needs to become better engaged in the democratic process.
